We ship to Canada and the US.
We do our best to ship orders within 1 or 2 business days from date of purchase. When your order is shipped you'll receive an email to confirm. During peak order times (like holidays and collection launch dates) please allow for a little extra shipping time.
Within Canada we use Canada Post and find most people receive their order within 5 -10 business days. Sometimes this time frame can vary with circumstances beyond our control. If you haven’t received your order after 10 business days of your shipping confirmation please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into it for you.
For orders shipped to the USA we use USPS. We’ll send you an email confirmation with tracking information. Standard delivery is between 2-12 business days.
Currently our service providers have suspended their guaranteed delivery times. Please understand that once a package has left our studio we have very little control.
If you realize an error please contact us at email@example.com right away so we can make the correction prior to shipment. If an order has already been shipped to an incorrect/undeliverable address and is subsequently returned to us, we will credit your payment method for the goods at that time (less shipping and taxes).
We cannot be responsible for orders where an incorrect shipping address is given.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations we accept returns on all full-price* orders within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. In order to be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unwashed and unworn in the same condition in which it was shipped (minus some gentle wear from trying on). We cannot be responsible for damage resulting from washing, wear, or misuse.

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the shipper; they are refundable only if there is a defect in the merchandise.
*Sale items and orders placed during promotion events are final and ineligible for refund except in the case of defect.

Supercrush products are guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects that may have been missed by Quality Control.
Supercrush products are durable with normal use. Our guarantee does not apply if a product breaks as a result of misuse. Our accessories are meant to withstand normal usage stress, but results can vary depending on pressure applied, specific products (some are more delicate than others), environment and storage. Please use your Supercrush products for their intended purpose only.
To initiate a claim for a defect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with "Product Defect" in the subject line and include photos of the product and your order number. Do not dispose of any defective items as we may require them to be shipped back to us to fulfill the claim.
Once the claim is approved, we reserve the right to either send out a replacement at no cost or issue a refund. Note: All claims must be resolved within 40 days of the date of delivery (including return of item if required). Failure to respond or return will close the claim.
