Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the US. Live elsewhere? Shoot us an email at and we'll get back to you with a shipping quote.

When can I expect my order?

We do our best to ship orders within 1 or 2 business days from the date of purchase. When your order is shipped you'll receive an email to confirm. During peak order times (like holidays and collection launch dates) please allow for a little extra shipping time.

Within Canada we use Canada Post and find most people receive their order within 5 -10 business days. Sometimes this time frame can vary with circumstances beyond our control. If you haven’t received your order after 10 business days of your shipping confirmation please send us an email to and we’ll look into it for you.

For orders shipped to the USA we use USPS. We’ll send you an email confirmation with tracking information. Standard delivery is between 2-12 business days.

Please understand that once a package has left our studio we have very little control.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you realize an error please contact us at right away so we can make the correction prior to shipment. If an order has already been shipped to an incorrect/undeliverable address and is subsequently returned to us, we will credit your payment method for the goods at that time (less shipping and taxes). 

We cannot be responsible for orders where an incorrect shipping address is given.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do not currently offer local pickup. If you’d prefer to purchase IRL, check out our list of retailers to find the store closest to you. 

Returns FAQ

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you didn’t love your Supercrush order (for any reason) we want to hear from you at We are happy to accept returns and exchanged on all full-price* orders within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. In order to be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unwashed and unworn in the same condition in which it was shipped (minus some gentle wear from trying on). We cannot be responsible for damage resulting from washing, wear, or misuse.


*Sale items and orders placed during promotion events are final and ineligible for refund except in the case of defect.

How do I initiate a refund?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please shoot us an email at and use “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line. Please include your order number, your reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will review your request and provide you with a response within 2 business days. 


Please note that shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the shipper and are only refundable if there is a defect in the merchandise.

What size scrunchie should I choose?

We offer scrunchies in two different sizes and it all comes down to preference!

Our regular size is perfect for all day hold. We use a super strong elastic that will keep your hair in place from dawn to dusk.

Our skinnies are perfect for ladies with shorter/finer hair because they're a bit thinner and tighter than our regular size, or for ladies that want a more subtle look.

You can't really go wrong, honestly.

How do I care for my clip?

Our clips are made from cellulose acetate, an eco-friendly material derived from wood pulp and cotton fibers. It’s super durable, flexible, and comfortable but it does require a bit more TLC than traditional plastic. 

To keep your clip at it’s best:

1.) Use the clip size(s) which best fits your hair. Using a clip too small for your hair can stretch the prongs and stress the metal spring closure.

2.) Because cellulose acetate is heat-sensitive, limit exposure to direct sunlight or heat for prolonged periods, which can stretch the prongs and loosen the grip.

3.) Avoid getting water on your clip for prolonged periods as moisture may cause the metal spring mechanism to rust.

Due to the flexible nature of the material, a slight amount of stretch is normal after wear. Our clips are meant to withstand normal usage but results vary depending on usage, storage, and environment. If you have any questions feel free to reach out at

Are your products guaranteed?

Supercrush products are guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects that may have been missed by our Quality Control team. 

Supercrush products are made to last and are durable with normal use. Our accessories are meant to withstand normal usage stress, but results can vary depending on pressure applied, specific products (some are more delicate than others), environment and storage. Please use your Supercrush products for their intended purpose only. Our guarantee does not apply if a product breaks as a result of misuse. 

To initiate a claim for a defect, please email with "Product Defect" in the subject line and include photos of the product and your order number. Do not dispose of any defective items as we may require them to be shipped back to us to fulfill the claim.

Once the claim is approved, we reserve the right to either send out a replacement at no cost or issue a refund. Note: All claims must be resolved within 40 days of the date of delivery (including return of item if required). Failure to respond or return will close the claim.
