Refund policy

If your purchase does not meet your expectations we accept returns on all full-price* orders within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. In order to be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unwashed and unworn in the same condition in which it was shipped (minus some gentle wear from trying on). We cannot be responsible for damage resulting from washing, wear, or misuse.

For assistance please send an email to hello@supercrush.com. Please note ‘Return Request’ in the subject line and provide your order number in the e-mail.  We will review your request and provide you with a response.

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the shipper; they are refundable only if there is a defect in the merchandise.

*Sale items and orders placed during promotion events are final and ineligible for refund except in the case of defect.
