Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. Every order is packed and shipped from Houston, Texas.

Rates
United States: free standard shipping on orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship at a flat $4.99 standard rate, with faster carrier options shown at checkout.
Canada: rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Any duties or taxes charged on import are the customer’s responsibility.

Timing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within a few business days. US standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that. Canadian delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Out-of-stock items
Super Powder is filled in small runs. If an item is out of stock, its product page says so, and you can sign up there to be notified when it is back.

Wrong address or returned packages
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we will reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it lost, email hello@supercrush.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
